Do I need a GP referral in order to make an appointment?

No, you can refer yourself for treatment.

How long does an initial assessment take?

​

An assessment may take up to 1 hour depending on the complexity of your condition. Follow up treatment is usually 30-40 minutes.

Can I be accompanied for my appointment?

​

Yes, you may bring a friend or relative with you if you wish. Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times.

Can I park outside?

​

There is parking available on site.

What do I need to wear?

​

It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing. You may have to remove outer layers in order for treatment to take place. Patient's will always be treated with dignity and respect and consent must always be given before treatment will commence.

Do you accept private medical insurance?

The clinic is registered with all the major health insurance companies.
